Architect ⎸ Ferndale MI

Crossings was retained to provide design/build services for a few select rooms in this new home originally designed by a famous international architect.  We were presented with design “concepts” for these spaces and asked to refine the design and details to transform the concepts into built form.

Our work was located in 4 areas of the house – the entertainment room, the dining room, the grand staircase and the master bathroom.

The entertainment room was conceived of as a room sheathed in white Plexiglas with an aluminum trim system.  In this room were elements such as hidden doors and backlit panels.

We retained Rick Berner of Berner Scientific to provide machined components for the grand staircase which was made entirely of stainless steel.
