Architect ⎸ Ferndale MI

Crossings was retained in 2006 to be the architect to develop all of the interior architecture for this 30,000 square foot mansion.  The basic “footprint” of the house was in place when we joined the team of professionals collaborating on this project.  Our job has been to further refine the overall plan as well as develop each space in it’s entirety.  The house features some unique spaces such as a large 26′ tall library, a great hall, a large home theater, a 3000 square foot conservatory, as well as numerous bedrooms, bathrooms etc.

The house is currently under construction.  The images included in this section of the portfolio are portions of the working 3d CAD model we have been creating for each of these spaces.
